Quick Start

Get from sign-up to your first shareable link in a few minutes.

1. Sign in

Go to linkembed.io and sign in (or create an account). You’ll land in the dashboard.

2. Pick or create a workspace

Your links live inside a workspace. Use the workspace switcher at the top to choose an existing one or create a new one. The workspace has a “slug”—a short name that appears in your default link URLs (e.g. if your slug is myband, your default links will be at myband.linkembed.io/…).

3. Create your first link

On the Links section, click to create a new link. You’ll need:

• Title — A name for the link (for you and for the page title visitors see).
• Slug — The last part of the URL (letters, numbers, and dashes only). For example, slug press-kit gives a URL like yourworkspace.linkembed.io/press-kit.
• Embed or redirect — For an embed link, paste either an https link (e.g. a Google Drive link) or embed code. For a redirect link, paste the destination URL.

Optionally choose a folder, set a password, or pick a custom domain (if you’ve added one). Save the link.

4. Copy and share

Use the copy button next to your link to copy the full URL. That’s the link you share. Visitors will see the embedded content or be redirected, depending on the link type.
